It’s hard to believe our Blog turned one this month. It’s also hard to believe, despite our many accurate predictions, that we find ourselves writing extensively about Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and our government’s inability to develop a sound and comprehensive strategy for defeating fanatical Islamic terror. But even these sad truths cannot prevent us from celebrating our first anniversary. So, in that spirit, we would ask you to do four things to help us mark this milestone:
First, please read (or, ideally, re-read) one or more of our most popular Posts. In this otherwise desultory political season, we hope that you might be inspired to take action to help future generations realize the American Dream.
Third, if you like a Post, please share it with your friends and encourage them to do the same (and like our Page and subscribe to the Blog). The more readers we have, the more we will be able to galvanize civic engagement to make a positive impact on the future.
Fourth, pick an issue you care about and write your elected official(s) seeking action. Whether it is federal corporate tax reform, infrastructure spending at the federal, state, or local level, or high school curriculum reform, please take 45 minutes out of your day to make your voice heard. It can make a real difference.
Thank you for your support over this past year. We have come a long way since our first Post, and we look forward to making an even greater difference over the next year.
